What to expect as a new client

Your first appointment will start with a walk-through of your home and a discussion about your needs and expectations. The size and condition of your home will be factored into the final quote for our services. We will also discuss your specific areas of difficulty or stress with general housekeeping so we can focus on helping in the areas that will benefit you most.  

Open communication between client and cleaner is critical to success. Please be honest and specific about the things you struggle to do around the house. 

After our consultation your cleaning partner will accomplish as much cleaning as possible in the remainder of your scheduled timeframe. We will focus on the areas with the most opportunity for improvement or areas you specified out during our consultation.

Once we help you get your home up to snuff it's important to schedule regular maintenance to stay on top of things. You will receive a lower price if you schedule at least once a month, but most of our clients have us come weekly.

While we require you to be present for your initial appointment, future appointments can be scheduled when you are out of the house if that's more comfortable for you.

We understand every home and every client is unique and has different cleaning needs. Therefore, we offer customized cleaning plans tailored to meet your specific requirements. Our cleaning partners will visit your home and create a cleaning plan that works best for you.
