Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. We offer free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your service appointment. Please reach out as soon as things change so we can reschedule you to a time that works better. 

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the service appointment will be billed at our full rate. Failure to pay cancellation fees will result in automatic cancellation of all future appointments. 

3 cancelled appointments in a row will result in automatic cancellation of all future appointments.
